Kickoff is youth-program software for coaches, PE teachers, and youth instructors. This page describes how the public marketing site handles information you send us.

What we collect

If you use the contact form on this site, we collect the information you submit: name, email, program/organization name, your message, and an optional website or social link. Account signup and product usage data are handled by the Kickoff product application under its own practices.

How we use it

We use contact submissions only to answer your questions and related product communication. We do not sell that information.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored so the Kickoff team can review them (application logs and, when configured, a founder webhook such as a spreadsheet). This marketing site is separate from the Kickoff product application.

Analytics

If configured via environment variable, this site may load a standard analytics script (for example GA4) to understand aggregate traffic. No analytics ID is hard-coded in the public site source.

What this site does not do

• It does not create a Kickoff product account by itself (signup happens in the product app).
• It does not process parent payments or operator subscription checkout on this marketing domain.
• It does not collect child or participant records.
